How to claim your FLR delegation rewards
Updated 2026-10-27
Short answer: paste your address on My Rewards to see what is waiting. Then connect the same wallet and press Claim. The claim goes straight from Flare's official reward contract to your wallet, and our tool only lets a claim pay out to your own address.
Before you start
- You need a small amount of FLR (not WFLR) for the network fee.
- Rewards are paid per reward epoch (about 3.5 days). After you first delegate, the first epoch has to finish before anything appears.
Do this
- Open My Rewards. Paste your address and press Check my rewards. This is read-only: no wallet needed yet.
- Look at the Rewards tab. Each row shows the type (FTSO delegation, validator staking or rFLR), the amount, its value and when it expires. Rows from official Flare contracts carry an Official Flare contract badge.
- Press Claim. If your wallet isn't connected, you'll be asked to connect it now. It must be the wallet that owns the address.
- Choose whether to receive WFLR (keeps earning if your delegation stays in place) or FLR.
- The site runs a dry run first. When it says Dry run passed, check the details in your wallet and confirm.
- After it goes through, the row disappears and your balance updates. You can add WFLR to your wallet with one click.
Watch out
- A claim never needs a token approval. If any site asks you to "approve" a token so you can claim rewards, stop: that is how wallets get drained.
- Only claim from sites you opened yourself. Fake "claim your rewards" sites copy real ones. Use a bookmark.
- Claim at least once a month. Rewards expire after about 90 days.
- rFLR (if you have any) is a separate program with its own rules: see How to claim rFLR.
